Description
The Legate class was one of the earliest purpose-built classes of battle barges built by the Imperium. Compared to later battle barges, the Legate class focused on raw firepower and durability at the expense of speed and maneuverability. Because of its focus on raw power, the Legate class found popularity in the bastion fleets of the Fourth Legion Steel Wardens.

Shown is the Legate class battle barge Fuso (扶桑), 11th Legion, 11th chapter, 1st company. The flagship of the first company of the 11th chapter, the Fuso served with distinction in many suppression and control operations in the Cathay sector. It was then placed in the reserve fleet in 005.M32.
