The title was enough for me. Sometimes it's hard to realize that it isn't a crime to have had enough. I also like how you seem to be hurting yourself, on top of whatever it is that has made you have enough; sometimes, letting out frustration or anger hurts ourselves more than anyone else. Very relatable. Great work!

Some things have to be let out, sooner or later. And if they have been kept inside for long then can erupt in a volatile way. Still we are expected to be strong, stoic, and patient all the time.

Definitely. I didn't mean it shouldn't happen; being frustrated or angry and NOT letting it out is probably much worse than letting it out, even if letting it out means you're hurting yourself. Some situations are lose-lose situations.
