Description
The story with this goes back a long way. I was going to use video footage from many different sources in my video "Advanced Beyond Belief" ( www.youtube.com/watch?v=uePANh⦠) and I didn't like the green disclaimer going around as it was such a poor quality.
So anyway, I've been using this since then for over a year and decided I'd get around to sharing it to allow others to use it as well. It's an exact replica of a pre-existing one, i.e being word for word. I just changed the colour scheme as it's more fitting. Origional below for comparison, I used Sony Vegas Pro 9 to make this using cut and blur on different layers.
Please, feel free to use and share, it'd be nice if you shared using the original post and I have made free downloads available. Enjoy and please, send me your content if you like!

If I get a dollar for each time I see the Copyright Disclaimer, I be a millionaire.

This specific one or just copyright disclaimers in general? I had to switch mine as YouTube's policy on copyright shifted to country of producer rather than country of Google HQ making this useless to me as a Brit. I do videos on social issues, primarily secularism but I'm hopefully getting a studio and branching out. I'm looking to do a series of videos on creature features and have started to research for them which led me to your Deviant Art account and I must say amazing work. ^_^

I would say in general, whenever it appears in previews or before the feature presentations. Thanks though. (smile)

Just to let you know, Fair Use means that it's no longer Copyright infringement according to research.
