The contrast between the snow and the forsythia draws he eye, but the picture is literally the tangle of a bush. The image is clear and vibrant, and the focus and backdrop are also very good, but you could make the bushes that are not the main focus of the picture blurrier-they distract from the foreground and add even more confusion to the image. If anything, I would recommend getting in for a closer shot at the plant- taking one from so far away doesn't really highlight any individual parts of the plant, and makes it mundane despite the brilliant coloring. I would recommend getting a tighter shot with a closer focus to draw your viewer's attention to the forsythia(and/or some of its aspects-leaves, stalk, etc.) itself.
