This building, which was formerly the Eastern Airlines Building, is one of 19 commercial buildings which are collectively known as Rockefeller Center. It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1988, and is the largest privately held complex of its kind in the world - an international symbol of modernist architectural style blended with capitalism.
