Description Three bridges spanning Popolopen Creek - the highest one carries NY Route 9W; below that, a small suspension bridge connects Bear Mountain State Park with Fort Montgomery State Historic site; and sea-level freight train tracks that trace the western shoreline of the Hudson River -  as photographed from the eastern tower of the Bear Mountain Bridge, on a beautiful Black Friday afternoon.
