A "re-creation" perhaps ?? Sepia tones indicate late 19th early 20th century, but, beauty standards (as I understand them) do NOT !! If fact it look to me more like post-1980's, but of course I may be badly mistaken !

A reverse image search seems to say that's Isabel Gardner, a Ziegfeld girl from the 1920s.
I agree she's gorgeous.
