And I dont mean to offend , but I thought there was no deaths so far in space. During takeoff and return, there was terrible tragedies, and some even on the ground but in space?

Thanks! I'm about their disappearing from the orbit, some of them just flew by without wire due to some accidents nearby spacecraft and some lost in Cosmic space.
