Description
My next piece for serialkillercalender.com. This guy was a trip. I almost coudn't sleep after reading his story.Ed inspired Norman Bates, Leatherface, Buffalo Bill and Otis Driftwood, plus many more fictional killers. He killed women and made their skin and bones into household items. Soupbowls out of skulls, a necklace of nipples and a vest made of a women's skin.
If you want a real horror story I suggest looking into Edward Gein. Beats the hell outta any of the horror flicks Ive seen Lately.

Edward Gein really brought true depth to the horror genre. It's like he's the original king of nightmares.

well technically he only killed two people. he gutted one like a dear and then put the other's head in a bag, he made household items, as well as masks, and his infamous woman's suit out of corpses from a local grave yard.

Ed was the result of fanatical religious upbringing. Period.
This is an awesome pic. Kinda looks like Mr. Rogers too. lol

I agree, Ed was a terrifying man. Although you can kind of feel sorry for him, because he wasn't really evil, just insane.

Actually, the jury found him not guilty by reason of insanity.

Hey, this is really cool!
I adore Edward Gein. I believe he wasnt a monster at all, he was just a very confused man.
Anyway, yes, very cool piece of work you've done here. I painted a portrait of Gein and you can find it on my deviant profile, if interested. Thanks for reading my comment.
