Meramon is champion level digimon. He is completely made of fire.
In Digimon Adventure he is first victim of Devimon's black gear. Birdramon defeated him and destroyed black gear. He is first digimon that Tamers met in digital world. He was killed by stampede of Jagamon. He is minor villain in Digimon Data Squad (digivolved from DemiMeramon) and Digimon Xros wars/Fusion.
