Thank you
I've already noticed to be very patient.
That one day when I was taking pictures for an image-stack I didn't fully lock my tripod
and because of that the head moved a little bit each time I pressed the release button.
I've only noticed this after I took all pictures, none of them were stackable afterwards
I will be smarter next time
Did/do you use a flash?
Edit: damn, didn't notice I was writing a new comment instead of a reply, haha

So, I used my flash every time with lens MPE is always a great lack of light.
so my camera zero movement when shooting using the remote launch site at constrain movement by squeezing the trigger.

yea, I've got a remote aswell, but didn't bother to use it that day because I've used the 10sec self-timer instead.
I also noticed that turning on mirror-lockup helps reducing camera-shake.
Thank you for your help

Amazing picture!
May I ask which equipment & technique you have used?
I'm getting into macro photography myself, but I can't get this amount of DoF without image-stacking,
even then it is hard to get every zone in focus

Thank you
Most of my photos are image-stacking.
Otherwise you can not achieve good depth of field
My camera is Canon 6D and Lens Canon MP-E 65 mm
The photo is composed of 20 photos.
Have strong nerves, sometimes it is necessary.
