Canon EOS 400D
Sigma 18-200 DC
Tripod
Shutter release remote
Hitech HND Full 3.0 (9 fstops)
Hitech ND Grad 0.6 (2 fstops)
Custom White Balance to cut the magenta tones from the HND filter.

Might be bad weather, but it still looks better than here
I like the longer exposure on this--the movement of the clouds and the silky/misty waves really adds interest to this.

interesting shot Paulo... the 90deg. wooden footbridge with sand give's to shot spatial perspective... for me (IMHO) the color of umbrella's something too dark... it's real color?

Yes Sergey the umbrellas are in that color, the wood without nothing to protect and some years of sun exposure burns the wood color and it was no sun that day thank you so much Sergey

You're welcome for this you need ND filters
more fstops more light they cut more long is the exposure
