Description
Here is a picture of the Solar System I did for a public outreach project in the trains during the next Nights of the stars (public outreach event in France). Images used come from various sites but to sum up, they are mostly the property of the JPL/NASA, STSci/NASA, ESA, NASA and ESOComet Hale Bopp coming from:

I know there is already countless beautiful pictures of the solar system, which are more brilliantly done and in which the only light source is the Sun... But the purpose was only to have a synthetic view of the Solar system, with planets, satellites, comets, asteroids and trans-netunian objects. Someday I will do a better image, with logarithmic distance from the Sun, coherent sizes... But for the time being, I will only use it (have pity of the people who will have to bear me talking about astronomy while they thought they would be alone in the train).

Did you ever do the revised edition of this? I ask because I love this and yet it could be so much better. Good work !

Thank you! I still haven't done any revision, I must say I am really busy and I have not been able to do any new drawings, and they will be done before any revision of this one, but I will do it someday.

I love it! Congratulations!
Next time, I'll try to make a scale version in AutoCAD!

Thank you!
When you say a scale version, I hope you mean an adjusted scale version, because otherwise there would be mostly... nothing...
Space is both full of things and really empty... part of the fun if you ask me...

Yes, that's part of the fun! It's like... I can't believe I can't find Jupiter! *stares at blank image*

Hmmm... not if I had the closest stars and then zoom out enough! D:
