I still live in Pitcairn, the stairs may be partially engulfed by trees now... but still no mistaking them haha

Good day.
I talking with my work colleagues, I learned that most of them are not aware of the history of the ship Bounty and know only the Bounty chocolate.
Again, I became interested in the history of the mutiny on board the Bounty and the subsequent colonization of Pitcairn Island.
I looked all about it.
So I saw here your art work. Beautiful art work. Realy respect for you.

The cast of the cross hatched shadows on the stairs induces a hint of dream to me. Extremely impressed with this piece.

Thanks. I put this piece away for years before finishing it and the inspiration really came at the end. I was blown away with how many people loved this painting when I hung it where I work. Everyone wanted to know where the painting went when I took it down to deliver to the buyer.
