Seriously, no stealing please. :'C I know the watermark is there, but this took a long time to do. (I know I wanted to get it out by Christmas, sorry. ;~; The hair/tail were done, but the bow I just finished today. I was gradually working on it from time to time and finally got enough free time and drive to do it. 8D)

Kiana Li Mariveil was always an unusual child. At the age of three she began reading, not children’s books, large novels of no less than at least 200 pages. Her problem? Each and every time she finished reading, an immense amount of pain surged through her head. Such problems caused her parents to become ignorant of her wishes to learn, forcing her to rid herself of all her books and start fighting.

At the age of six, Kiana had stayed out a little longer than normal. It was the first time she had even dared to stay out five minutes later than her curfew, but it was the first time in years she had a book. Her hand steadily moved along the pages, ignoring the rushing of people leaving. It wasn’t until a couple, who had been leering at her for some time, piped up that she even flinched.

“A demon among our children? Tch, tch… This won’t do…” the male said. The rest was mostly a blur. There was a pain in her throat, tears running down her cheeks, her parents coming out to fight, and the four adults fighting to the death. Not long after she had found out that the couple had a young girl, who was merely months older than herself. Kiana blames herself for their deaths, but time and time again the girl, Sammy, tells her otherwise.

Sammy, who had seen the entire thing, had informed Kiana that her own mother had attempted to give a quick death of choking. Apparently she had cried out for her parents, who came and fought for their daughter. The two had been together since that day, conjoining their last names(for public reasons) and going around as though they were actually sisters.

Eventually they found their way into True Cross Academy, going to school as regular students as well as cram school to become exorcists. Though, as Kiana had begun training for fighting since she was three, she already knew of specifically what she wanted to do. Her fighting style changes with how her mood is.

When it was tested to see who might be a tamer, Kiana successfully summoned the horse she now dubs ‘Lily’. Lily came to her a large horse, so large that most of the students had to back away from the two. However, Lily can change her size. She is most often seen as a tiny horse, enough so she rests on her shoulder or head. Lily’s overall body is black. Her mane and tail are made up of fire. The fire is a mixture of sea-foam green and aqua.

When she was young, her parents liked training her to become powerful and strong, through actual fighting. It was during this time that she realized what she liked fighting with and she didn’t. Her talents came from newer weaponry and things that she could duel wield(helping her keep balance); guns, knives, daggers, short swords, short blunt objects, etc. This was the reason she chose to be a Dragoon when she entered the school. It also would allow her to use any three weapons of choice whenever fighting.

This section is so named because of the fact in this mood, Kiana uses daggers. Sammy has dubbed it as ‘air headed Kiki’. Her attitude is that of a typical air head, often spacing out from long discussions and conversations. This is Kiana’s ‘default’ persona, as she says. It’s mostly been ‘created’, as she says, to keep herself from thinking too much. Early on, she knew reading too much gave her headaches, well she soon realized that thinking too much in general gave her headaches.

Thus she forced herself to be an airhead to not think, it soon becoming real and not faked. This side of Kiana likes the sound of a gun being shot, hates heat and does anything as much as staying in the AC to avoid heat, and likes her daggers. She keeps her pair of daggers safely hidden underneath her skirt, attached to the same thing holding her guns safely in place(the daggers being on the outside).

Bang

Kiana’s normal personality surprises people greatly. She goes from being ‘silly Kiki who can’t even find her own dormitory’ to someone who could explain the entire dictionary to you if called. While she rather not do such a thing, she can if need be. This section is called so because this is the side of her who chose which she would do, be a Dragoon, using a pair of guns she carries on either thigh.

The two above personas can be enter twined, but only to a certain extent. When in this mood she likes moderate weather, and admits to being a pyro but would rather not play with fire.

BOOM!

When Kiana is ‘too serious’ for too long, pain starts to grow in her head. Pain that quickly starts turning into anger. This side of her can be a typical and not typical hot head. It all depends on how angry she is. Not much else need be said, except she loves heat and loves fire. So much so she uses a bazooka in this form. It is later redesigned to shoot holy water rather than actual ammo, something she threw a fit about when she found out.
