Scott Cawthon has upload the map of FNAF 3 on his site : Scottgames.comBut, in his images, Scott hides a secret.
Here, we can see (I think) the ventilation ducts.

First game were 2 doors,second game were doorways instead of doors,and Now the thrid game is 1 doorway with a window in the center in the office,I think.

So maybe the vent system is blocking the vent that goes into your office. when error happens it's unblocked
