Hey, really appreciate your work on this; honestly one of the highest impact mods for improving SFV visually.
Do you have versions of Akuma, Guile, and Urien that match the original portraits? I understand going for your own approach, especially with unpopular designs like Akuma, but if original versions exist or you wouldn't mind making them it'd be highly appreciated. Either way, thanks for your work on this mod.

I totally understand. On my end it really is a case by case basis ; for instance, Urien in suit would be pretty straightforward to include, as this version objectively looks good in the chara select animation and in the game files. Guile and Akuma were harder cases though, because their default face and/or animation makes them look awful. So for these I actually recapture the portraits by hand, going frame by frame over recorded footage of the chara select idle and confirm animations to find the one frame where they look best, and then manually painting over them to fix them if needed 
That about sums it up
