As I already mentioned at fav.me/d8sul92 in my headfanon Anakin, Ahsoka and Barriss were send by the Force (with some help by Yoda, Obi-Wan and Primus) to the dimension of the Transformers, where they joined NEST. They work for the diplomatic corps (although it's more "aggressive negotiations" than anything really diplomatic) and collect AllSpark-shards. Seymour Simmons, who is in my fanon-AU-universe the "official" AllSpark-shard-collector (together with Leo and the two Transformer Nebulon and Brightfire) is his direct superior, although he wisely choose to rarely give him commands.

His primary lightsaber was build by him to resemble his lightsabers as Anakin before his fall as well as a small part of Darth Vaders. The two cristals were found in his armor as Ahsoka and Barriss rescued him.
The secondary blade was build by Darth Vader sometime between ROTS and ANH. Anakin defeated his former evil self in a fight as they met each other for a short time in the Transformer-dimension and kept Vaders sword. Since he tends to loose or break his swords at the worst times possible and had no other blue cristals to build another one, he kept the Sith-blade as an emergency-replacement in case he can't use his primary lightsaber.
