Description 'The sunlight shone softly through the green foliage, creating a soft dappled effect. A breeze blew gently through this paradise lost as the lazy summer afternoon moved onwards...'

Just a nostalgic reminder of a season gone past. Played around with a leafy-feathery texture in Apo, as well as colour scales and gradients. I like how this one came out. Just reminding me of a mystical forest begging to be explored.

Thanks for viewing!

Rendered in Apophysis 2.05b. All other works done in Adobe CS-2.

Indeed a mystical forest. It brings me to childhood and finding a "secret place" to escape from the heat, a cool shady spot to host teddy bear tea parties or to bring a book as your only company.

This looks like a reflection in water to me. Nicely done.

Damn! This makes me nostalgic for summer before the year's turned Beautifully impressionistic, and with scrunched eyelids, I'm in a shady spot by a river with full sunlight on a neighbouring field peeping through the foliage...

Wow, that piece is organic! It feels like a breezy afternoon in the early summer. The kind of day where responsibilities don't exist, you know? Care-free living. Have you considired offering this one for print? It's very good.

Mm, I'm not sure how to go about making it a print? And thank you so much for the feedback, Justin. As always, it's appreciated!

OH - prints are easy and yet a pain-in-the-hohoo at the same time. You just find the size of print you want, then you render the fractal at 300 pixels per inch (i usually render 6000X9000 which takes a week). Then you submit it to DA or another online print site, and BAM you order it!

Mm, perhaps that'll be a future investment then. Thanks so much for the information, Justin!
