Howdy y'all,

It is a rare occurrence when I draw fanart, but I just can not get over how cool Kindred is as a design conceptually and visually. Riot games really knocked it out of the park with this one! Kindred has been around for a while now but I recently fell in love with them.

Because Kindred is all about balance and harmony and death and all that fun stuff, I wanted to position them in the shape of the Yin Yang. They both wear a mask which resembles their partner and there is this whole duality thing that is all over their design and I really wanted to reflect that in my rendition.

I am also super bad at realism so I felt this was a good chance to really go out of my comfort zone and have a go. The art style for League of Legends characters is more realistic so I had some good references to work from. I mostly focused on Wolf and his more ghost-like appearance, which I am not super happy with how it came out but it was alright. I do love how his mask came out, however. And the glow in his mouth and eyes came out pretty well. The blue I put through his body was a good decision, I think, however it could be more subtle.

Lamb, I did not really put much into yet but I'm liking the pose with how dynamic it is and the lighting is coming along (however is looking quite 'plastic-y). Her bow is going to be fun, being wood. I had practise on Wolf's mask so it should be easier
