Sealed and inoperative at the time of the Doctor's acquisition, its unexpected reactivation sets in motion the compelling endeavor to prevent a recursive calamity.

When the Doctor and his granddaughter fled Gallifrey, they acquired an old, deregistered time capsule, something of a quaint antique, quite unlike the others in storage — and the only one that he could break into. But this TARDIS the duo conveniently commandeered soon proves itself to be a strange thing: eerily distorted, a paradox that should not exist.Twisted across multiple timelines, its past which appears to be its future, alternate versions of the recent past, alternate present, future and possible futures, all haunt its interior compartments and labyrinthine corridors. There are sections that seem dismantled, or simply gone, while others are twisted and unstable, dangerous links to parts unknown, and the key to unraveling the mystery and making the TARDIS whole again depends upon untangling its chronologies while averting a terrible catastrophe that seems to lie inevitably ahead.It is an adventure that will sprawl across multiple, conflicted histories, putting the many incarnations of the Doctor to task, as each and their companions struggle to navigate this twisted maze of might-have-beens and might-yet-bes, while attempting to repair the TARDIS paradox and save time itself.
