Pretty sure it's a Bee Eater,its got the right colours and I think it's holding a bee in its beak

ItΒ΄s a European Roller (Coracias garrulus) bee eaters are even more colourfull and have a thinner bill, but they live in similar areas...

Woah, that's very good photo of a very rare bird. At least in Poland it is rare- I only saw it twice and I needed to be super quiet on my walk in the forest so I wouldn't scare them.
