Well both are great but i think i prefer her in colour b/c its more life like and her skin tone is sooo nice and i just think that the colour stands out very nicely.

I'm not only impressed by the realism .. but also the technical aspect of "adding colour" to a greyscale image.(remember I tried with your peace sign drawing .. )
The lips are especially well rendered !!
Overall the piece might be a bit too orange ... but that's probably more of a preference than a critique, I mean where do you draw the line sometimes ..
I also notice some of Straycat's trademark fuzziness at the top of her hair !!
