I actually really like this rough draft style, it almost feels like a mechanic's blueprint or something.
Also is that winged fan thing behind his head is etched to him or is it some kind of an unmanned drone?

That thing is an Funnel(Gundam terminology) where it'll detach and float above the unit giving support fire as this is Bullet Hyena, its gonna have a rapid fire machine gun
