Description This drawing first started in my first 15min break at work, then during my hour lunch I decided to work a little more on this, then on my last 15min break of the day I added some of the last detail. Though probably not my best work considering that I've messed up on a few areas...

Anyways, a small scale mech infiltrating a bio-research facility using the wall as cover ready to make it's next move.

Cool! I understand that its an action shot and not a design presentation, but I kinda like the mecha.

Making assumptions from the picture it looks like a jumper, with powered legs and back mounted thrusters. I'm betting that the pilot rides in the torso and head, manipulating the legs and arms indirectly. From the lack of weapons other than the one hand-held smg(?), its probably a mass-produced unit with interchangeable weapons based on role and mission. I could see swarms of these units bounding across the field at a much larger mecha; perhaps a "Locust" class? From the silenced weapon bearing a targeter and its infiltration into the Biolab, I suspect this is the special forces version of the unit.

Am I close?

Actually your 100% right on the spot. The Power Armor or Armed Suit some would call it, is mass-produced and has interchangeable weapons depending on the mission. The legs were specifically designed to be mobile/jumper to be able to reach tough areas a normal person cannot. And yes, the one you see there peeping over the corner is a Spec Op unit. I must say your very good at assuming it's function from just looking at the design.

Thank you. I can't draw for crap, but I excel at design work...

This brings back many memories of Armored Core.

Seriously, bio labs are like the easiest things to break into.

Good work on the pic.

Thanks, I tired to capture the feel of AC and this was also a test to test out my wall mechanic cover. Also and we'd all though bio labs were supposed to be heavily guarded XD.
