I really like the layout you use. Very intricate and cool! Would you be interested in creating a comic book together?

Do you have tutorials for background and character lighting? I have troubles on balancing the shadow and lighting so that the character could fit in the background

Not as of yet. I do my background planning in Google Sketchup where I build a 3d model first and then change the colouring to fit the comic. My suggestion would be to have a plan first. What time of day is it? Is there artificial lighting, natural lighting or both? It's also helpful to mark in the drawing where the light is coming from then take it out once the character fits. Also, don't forget that colour bounces. So for example on the first page of Phantasm, my character Casper is seen in a dark room with computer monitors in front of him. So, the colours will be dark but the screen casts a lot of blue lighting on his body and face.

Hope this helps.

Most of my comics are done 6x10 in. at 400 dpi in Photoshop. Everything is hand drawn with the exception of background elements, which I use Sketch-up to build then edit/color. Phantasm is aboutΒ a sub-culture of youths that use a mixture of technology and magic to resurrect spirits for the purpose of battle. Some of these ghosts are recognized as the "big bads" of history, including: Jack the Ripper, John Wayne Gacy, Elizabeth Bathory and even Slenderman. Through the use of occult magic, players take on personas of their choosing and use high tech software to summon and duel their specters. Within the city of Vendetta, Phantasm has become taboo, with just a small following of players, hosts and β€œphans” that strive to keep their game a secret. The story follows the journey of Silver Jordan, who, before moving to the city of Vendetta, knew nothing of the fantastical world of Phantasm. After the brutal murder of her brother Victor, Silver begins to uncover his secret past as a Phantasm player, which ultimately leads to the only question worth asking: Who murdered Victor Jordan?

Sorry that was lengthy, I copied it over from my cover letter.

It works very well for my question! I am glad you sent this anyways even if you didn't think so.
I like the idea you got here and it looks like the mechanics would match with some of pokemon as in thr 4 move thing... if you were trying that.. ^^''' Β I like it it's differently a new twist to it and your skills are amazing so this WILL be a thing in the future as long as you don't stop! OMO!
