Cadence: Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to a special episode of Getting Away With It. Today I get to try my hand at HOSTING duties as we are interviewing this show's FAVORITE couple Phantom X and Lilith.

Phantom: Howdy folks!

Lilith: Hello.

Cadence: Not too many fans know that you two were married as a result of a demon wedding. Care to regale the fans with that story?

Lilith: I'd been trailing a demon culture for about a week. Only they found ME. Seems the leader saw me as a different kind of snack. I wasn't really looking for a relationship, but they decided to make me an offer I'd be unable to refuse. My ample figure aside, my clairvoyant powers made me an ideal candidate for a queen.

Phantom: Apparently this required a blood sacrifice. The chosen pig for the slaughter being my former sidekick MAYFLY. When I arrived on the scene, all I saw was May about to be flayed. While I fought the groom to be, the entranced priest continued the ceremony. Apparently when I tricked chuckles into impaling himself on a spire, it satisfied the blood sacrifice requirement. For ME. Suddenly I understood the language and heard the words "may these two souls be bonded for all eternity."

Lilth: The ritual was intended to bond my soul to the groom. By killing their leader and satisfying the sacrifice Phantom became that groom. His soul bonded to mine.

Phantom: It was a tough pill to swallow.

Cadence: So you two are only together because you have to be?

Phantom: Well at first yeah. I mean we had JUST met.

Lilith: Well there was a mutual attraction...

Phantom: Oh definitely. Why before we freed Mayfly we--

* Lilith elbows Phantom hard *

Lets just say we got to know each other very well.

Lilith: We did get together a lot those first few months, trying to find a counter spell. Phantom's habit of binding and gagging me made for a fun distraction.

Phantom: Eventually we started to fall in love. We enjoyed having each other around and formed a connection. After a while we just decided to lean into it.

Cadence: So what qualities attracted you to Lilith as a mate?

Phantom: She challenges me. More often than not LITERALLY.

Lilith: I still say Shell smash is a CHEAP move.

Phantom: It's called Strategy babe.

Cadence: What about you Lilith? What qualities make Phantom a good husband?

Lilith: He's sincere attractive and most of all he makes me laugh.

Phantom: You forgot my fluffy tail...

Cadence: So Phantom, Despite being a married man you still kidnap girls. How is Lilith okay with that?

Phantom: Well, it helps when you can compromise. When I first started this hobby my pursuits we more

Lustful in nature. But now that I'm married, it's more akin to finding a lost puppy and taking it home.

Lilith: He has rules and limits to how he's allowed to PLAY with said puppies. But to be fair I sometimes have to flirt or seduce to solve a case. There's also a few times I find myself groped or in my under wear while on the job. So it can at times balance out. As long as he sets the "lost puppies free" when I say NO.

Phantom: Yep as long as she doesn't discover my shack in the forest we're good.

Lilith: What?

Cadence: So Liltih, you do seem to get tied up and taken advantage of alot. What happens to those guys when Phantom finds out?

Litith: It's important to have a partner you TRUST. Phantom has my back and I have his. He knows I would never participate in this kind of thing WILLINGLY. He can also be pretty protective when he rescues me.

Cadence: So Phantom, has Lilith seen you without your mask?

Phantom: She's one of the few yeah.

Lilith: It's a very exclusive club. One I gatekeep very seriously.

Cadence: So I already know the answer to this but can you elaborate on the mask? Why do you wear it? Will you ever take it off?

Phantom: Heh. I don't see that happening for a while. For one not too many people even realize this is a mask. There's a select group of friends and family that have seen me without it, I don't really have a reason to expand it beyond that

Cadence: So Lilith you've been in some pretty scary situations. Do you ever get scared? What is your biggest fear?

Lilith: Pfft. I'm not afraid of ANYTHING.
