The Naval officer simply known as "Phantom" Watches the pirate wench struggle in her bonds. She is not the first he has brought to these gallows, nor shall she be the LAST. He has little patience for PIRATES even less female ones. Wenches are tactful, preying on men's weak desires. If the fledgling nation of America is to prosper, then it's shores must prove FATAL to those who would do her harm.

[Its weird how this character has bloomed in my mind. Originally just a one off accessory to another Rouge piece, I find myself spinning more of a back story for him. Thinking of how he would interact with other characters. Maybe it's be cause he's so diffrent from Phantom prime. A charcter ruled by his principals of justice and the law that upholds it. Stern and serious. I have so many ideas for him. It might even be fun to have him meet Phantom prime on GAWI. Ya know... if people ask...]
