I use the pen tool ^_^ and my pics are usually around 5000 pixels so when I make it smaller they look cleaner
At the moment Im trying to use Illustrator instead cus It doesnt matter how big or small the pic is, its always smooth XD

thanks for the help. Illustrator? Adobe right? I might have that, I'll try it. Right now I am using photoshop and a tablet. But I don't know how to use photoshop is the case.

I've been using photoshop since it first came out ^__^; and I even took a class a year or so ago, and theres non stop learning for photoshop. The best thing to do is look up tutorials on how to do thing (da is a great start ^_^)
