New design, heck yeah. I was bothered by what the original cover implied(and also grew discontented with dat artwork) so I went ahead and designed a new one. Needless to say, I like this one a lot better.
The old one can still be found in my gallery, but will probably be scrapped at some point.
Anyways, what I was aiming for with this was something pretty simple and not too busy, yet effective in portraying the genre that the story would be considered. Whether I succeeded or not remains to be seen.
Still working on coming up with a better title also. Herp.

I think the simplicity works well, with what I've seen from the comic so far.
This has got an ominous tone to it also, which makes me wonder what's next for the comic...

I like this cover, it seems to have more symbolism than the previous one. And it shows the plot well, at least from what you've revealed for far. The shading is wonderful, and Hex looks well proportioned here.

Yeah, I did that on purpose. I love symbolism a lot, and the old one was just too typical for me and really didnt send the right message about the story. :V

Aw... even after just reading the first few pages of this, it makes me kinda wanna cry D: The blood splatters... they're perfect. Very clean piece of art... and dark and intriguing. x3

I find that it makes him look a bit spiffier than he would look with a smaller one. ;3
