Mayor Smiley... My first bad guy. x3
I almost forgot what color his tie was, its been so long since I drew him. I thought it was black for a bit. Good thing it looked so off, or else I prolly wouldnt have caught it. :v
Gosh, sometimes I feel like I was sooo much more creative when I was a kindergartner.
Also, Mayor Smiley doesnt dress like Spongebob. He's been wearing that suit style for going on 16 years, so spongebob dresses like him.
