Okay, you got me. It's definitely Phantom. This unfinished commission is based around Rossem grabbing her, hooding her in a painfully strict reverse prayer position, and using her as a living coat rack. His tail allows him to grasp a glass of fine wine. (A second one, in fact!)
In this particular image, he's groping his furniture and inspecting its craftsmanship. All his, of course!
