When you right click the skin, there should be a "Custom Actions" (or something like that), menu.
In that there should be an option for 24hr time.

You should be able to change it if you right click the skin > edit skin
Then in the .INI (text file that just opened), change the "Format" under [MeasureTimeMin]
To "%M.%S".

sorry for late reply:
1: first you need to open the options.ini skin
2: then click the box that says "Trim Color" to change the minute number's color, or the "General Text Color" box to change the rest.
3: The box should change to an input box with numbers that may look like this: "255,255,255,255" these values are in RRR,GGG,BBB,AAA format, for example: "100,120,130,180" - 100 is redΒ value, 120 is green value, 130 is blueΒ value and 180 is alpha value or transparency.Β
4: to change to blue change the box's value to: "100,100,255,250"Β

How do i change the colour from white to green like yours?

Right click the clock and one of the options reads: "Clear - Clock and System". hover over it and and another menu should appear. Then click options, a skin should appear, then on the skin click the box that reads: "Trim color" no change a value from: "240,240,240,250" to: "105,250,155,220" and hit enter. it should change if not refresh all skins. If you don't understand what i just said; i will make a tutorial with pictures.

In the options menu trim color won't change, i'm adding RRRGGGBBBAAA values seperated by commas and hitting enter but it stays green (my desktop background has a light blue style
