I did not create this image from scratch, all i did was locate an enormous source of the image and then edited it into some large wallpapers and then recolored the eyes to create several versions.
I do have had a cutout of the head, but it is just the head, one single layer, you could easily magic wand out of the same exact thing from any of these wallpapers.

When looking at them my eyes behave somewhat strange, there is some kind of transparent fluid coming out of them, I know this sounds crazy but I think I recall they are called "tears".
