He's not just any villain. He is THE villain of all of Superman. He's every bit as smart and cunning as Luthor, and as strong as (or stronger than) Superman himself. To top it off, he's a sinister as Darkseid, and when one adds in his ability to control ANY machine, you have the greatest foe Superman has ever, and will ever, face.

I particularly like the art style you used, it captures the biomechanical appearance of his cyborg components perfectly.

Well I can tell that you're a big fan of him. Thanks for the compliment. I had thought this one turned out nicely, not exactly like I pictured it in my head but then nothing turns out like I picture it in my head.
