Description Prime from the Ultraverse comics. Or at least my own take on him. I tweaked the design slightly giving him solid blue pants and a solid red cape.

Prime and all the other characters of Ultraverse simply ceased to exist. Marvel Comics did not know how to make good use of these characters then just put them in the refrigerator for years without ever using them and in the end they simply ceased to exist at the end of Secret Wars together as the universe Ultimate Marvel, the Marvel Universe MC2 and all alternate timelines. Really lamentable.

Or all the characters who died in cruel ways and with refinements of malice in Infinite Crisis, Final Crisis, Blackest Night, Brightest Day, Flashpoint, Trinity War, Forever Evil, Civil War I and II, Annihilation, World War Hulk, Fear Itself Shadow Realm, Infinity, Age of Ultron Secret Wars and all the mega sagas disposable of Marvel and DC Comics of the last years only served to them to kill all the characters who considered superfluous and disposable. Kill for what one character my God? Want publisher or not there will always be readers who like the characters who were killed and who will be sad and to miss this character for more "disposable" and "third echelon" he to be. Therefore Killing is a waste. Even if the publisher in question simply despise and not have any more useful use for the character for love of God do not kill him, nor mutilate as they did with Barbara Gordon and Roy Harper, nor kill their loved ones like they did with Sue Dibny, Liam Harper or the father of Tim Drake this is cowardice. If the character continues to exist in the publishing universe even forgotten one day will soon come to someone who uses he and it has uses for he creatively because do not exist bad characters exist bad writers.
