yeah it's going to be out on the next nintendo console, the wii U. it'll be out sometime this year if i remember correctly. there are demos at like, conventions and stuff but as if i'm going.

it'll be using a touch pad instead from what i've seen so i'd imagine they're doing something very new with the controls- and most likely for the better of course. also, it was a tech demo of what the wii u is capable of, BUT like all demos of zelda, it'll probably be vastly improved in the final cut.
