I'll just comment with my opinions since I can't draw PokΓ©mon for anything:
2: Minccino. Black and White failed in the intro and consequently can tantalize you by spawning a shiny Minccino...
3: That's fake PokΓ©mon, which I abhor.

5: The clichΓ© six-Magikarp team. It exists legit in every game to date.
6: Of your list, my favorite is Lugia.
7: My favorite PokΓ©mon-move combo is Haxorus using Dual Chop. OHKO just about anything in PMD:GTI, hehe.
8: Fire. It's fairly stable and covers its weaknesses well.
9: Prepare to be bored if I actually answered this.
10: I'd be a Fire-type Gym Leader with both Delphox and Emboar on my team.
11: Not doing, sorry. My only OCs are PokΓ©mon OCs.
12: My Blaziken vs. Gardevoir.
