Well, here's the next entry in the EGMCU!! Hope all of you like it!!

Pinkie Pie as Dr. Stephen Strange / Doctor Strange
This one was quite the obvious selection. In terms of the comic series, it really delves deep into the world of magic, parallel dimensions, alternate realms, and stuff like that. I figured that Pinkie Pie would be the ideal choice because of her "other-worldly" abilities, both in the FiM universe and the EqG universe. I can totally see her human counterpart being able to use magic at the tips of her fingers!

Lemon Zest as Baron Mordo
This choice was very easy to make. Since Mordo is supposed to be Doctor Strange's adversary in the comics [and in the movies, supposedly], I wanted someone who could be an "anti-Pinkie Pie" type character. As per the Equestria Girls website [way back when], it was said the Lemon Zest was supposed to be a reciprocal to Pinkie Pie, making her the best choice for the part!

Sandalwood as Wong
This decision was semi-easy, mostly because Sandalwood was the second choice made. Originally, I was going to have Tree Hugger play this part. However, I chose Sandalwood because I wanted to try and stick with the canon Equestria Girls characters and not using too many characters from the Friendship is Magic universe. Besides, they pretty much are the same character, only a male version!

Zecora as The Ancient One
This was almost too obvious a decision! The moment I heard that The Ancient One was going to be in the movie, and that they turned him from male to female, I instantly thought that Zecora would be the best choice. However, there aren't many character models of her in her EqG form, so I had to create one from scratch. Hopefully, I did alright.

Discord as Kaecilius
This casting decision was made around the time the movie was first announced! The moment they said that "Doctor Strange" was going to be made into a movie, I instantly said, "whoever the villain is has to be Discord!" Honestly, I didn't even know the characters' name up until I saw the movie [I always referred to him as "Mads Mikkelsen's character"]. Still, I think it's a perfect fit. Unlike Zecora, Discord had many character models out there of his EqG form, but none of them really spoke to me. Again, I took some artistic liberties that I hope is passable!

From creating the background to the new EGMCU logo, I am pleased to present the finished product!
