Another drawing of Sonic and Rarity in their super forms! The "Imperfectly Perfect" couple are ready to face off against...um...whatever it is they are about to face off with!As stated perviously, Rarity doesn't have a super form, per se. Therefore, she uses her "Element of Harmony" necklace to give herself equal power as Sonic. Because Sonic has the power of the chaos emeralds, that same power is also used to charge and activate Rarity's necklace, allowing her to use it without the other Mane 6. Make sense? Probably not, but if Shadow the Hedgehog can survive falling from space, then this makes sense!
Fun Facts:
1) This was outlined and colored traditionally because of my injury. I plan to go back to digital art very soon, especially since ponies look better outlined digitally than traditionally.
2) If it appears that some parts are light, I apologize. My colored pencils decided to not work properly and my scanner decided that it wanted to scan it lighter instead of darker. I had no say in this matter.
3) I KNOW, I KNOW! I DONE SCREWED UP! The gem in Rarity's necklace is supposed to be purple, not red. However, I forgot that it was purple and colored it red by mistake. In the future, it will be the color it's supposed to be!

If that's the case and its the same energy, then why doesn't she change color as well? I don't get that.
Either way, I do have a Super form design for Rarity if you want to use. 'Cause IMO, Super forms don't really stand out from the normal state if there's not the slightest change in appearance for the end user. =/

There are many reasons why I choose not to change her physical appearance, but I won't bore you with listing them all. Β What it all boils down to is that this series is set in an alternate universe than that of yours. Β It takes the concept of Sonic and RD, puts it in a blender, grinds it down to dust, runs it through a wood chipper and has 1 billion angry elephants stampede all over it.
BTW, I saw the concept work of Super Form Rarity and, to be honest, it sickens me. Β I don't want to even look at it, let alone attempt to draw it. Β Sorry.
