After successfully taking over the Black Widow, the Scarlet Witch, and Hawkeye, the aliens wanted another in their control. So they sent another brain worm after Sharon Carter. Sharon had finished her meeting when the brain worm made it's way to her brain. She can feel the creature burrow itself inside her brain. "My brain, get out of my brain" she said until the alien implanted itself inside her brain. "M-my Brain, yes master I understand I'm no longer in control" is what she said once the alien took control of her brain, freeing her of all thoughts and memories. She was no longer Sharon Carter, she was now an alien drone.
