"I turned to him and said 'Uh. God bless you.' Which was 'God bless you', but it also meant "COVER YOUR FUCKIN MOUTH!" - Dane Cook. What do you do when your best friend catches a cold? In my case, I run for the fucking hills. xD Jonathan is such a quiet guy most of the time- one of those 'gentle giant' types [hence why he's a Newfie x3] But in hilarious irony, he has one of the most loud and violent sneezes I ever heard- I swear to god! And there's not much warning either; just a small tilt of his head and "CHROOH!" Unless I'm staring right at him, I never know it's coming and I end up jumping outta my seat with a mini heart attack. xD
So he ended up with a cold yesterday, and he managed to scare the shit out of me at least... 3 times in one day? Still, as annoying as it can be, it's still such a hilarious thing between us that I just had to try and draw it.
As for the drawing itself... sneezes are so fucking hard to draw [and spell, lol].
Didn't come out quite as I imagined it. Still, since I've never tried to draw something like this before, I'm pretty darn proud of it! *loves how the wrinkled muzzle and twitchy nose came out* It was fun to draw such contorted expressions as well as one of the many quirky moments in my life. AND I SHOULD DO THAT MORE OFTEN. WHY DON'T I?
Maybe, when I end up catching his plague I'll draw a reverse of this. My own sneezes are pretty odd. They take forever and I end up with my breath hitching for an eternity like some cartoon character. xDD
Btw, this is probably the closest thing to a full snarl you'll ever see Jon doing.
Dah well, enjoy! Hope you get at least a chuckle from this. If you have any critiques, please say so!

Amusing story. Yeah, drawing sneezes tends to be really hard for most people. I'd say the first frame did indeed come out nicely. :3

That's the cute type ;3 I definitely look forward to this, and it sounds like it'll be a great art exercise for you.

I was the most worried about the first frame- seemed out of place to me, but I kept in anyways for effect. Daw, I'm really glad you like it though! [since you seem to be an expert. *pokes your name and icon* x3] Thanks so much!
Haha, I wouldn't call them cute. x3 More like... mildly embarrassing, especially if I'm around others. xD But if I do end up drawing it, or some variation of it, I'll let ya know. ^^

Well without looking over your other art, that's the frame I like the most there. It's very expressive. The second is a little more snarly than I'm used to seeing, but as you were going for something a little different, I don't think you missed your goal by much. Plus, it's non-anthro and not a furry so it's not quite the same. *nodnod*
And, pssh, that's like, THE type of sneezes that a lot of sneeze-fetish males tend to go for. I see stuff like that on YouTube all the time getting lots of praise And I can certainly agree with the cuteness of it. It's what I favor in the anthro art that I request from folks, too. Too many cartoons when I was growing up, I suppose XD

Thanks. ^^
Haha,I'll take your word for it. Ya know, one of my running jokes amongst friends is "there's a fetish for everything!" but one for sneezing never crossed my mind. That's actually pretty interesting [and kinda adorable in a lot of senses]. x3

There's plenty of reasons behind it. Adorable/cute is certainly the primary. I've developed plenty of side-reasons over my years of interest in the topic, though. Some of which causing other fetish interests to pop up. Hah.
And, it's hardly a joke, because it's definitely true. There was a mentally challenged kid that one of my mediators (not the right word, blanking on what the job is called, she worked with autistic and other mentally handicapped people) during high school mentioned, who had a fetish for blue chairs that was giving the school a bit of a challenge. He would try and play 'family' with the chairs, and I shudder to think what else LOL. There's only a few pieces of that story that I've heard, but it stuck in my mind for obvious reasons.
Glad you approve of the sneezing fetish, though. If you decide to do another doodle, put my vote towards a femme foxie ;3
