So I finally caved in and said im going to do a draw this again so I picked a Picture that i was really proud of last year and seeing how Omorose was the star of a lot of my art last year I wanted to do her picture from her reference sheet so...yea here it is my draw it again i feel like i improved a lot

For my orginal picture yes I loved the movie growing up chel was great as I keep improving I want to step away from my original design more and more

But personally, I do like the before better. Mostly for the thicker body shape and there's more sense of sass in it.
But that might just be my personal preference...not sure.
Either way improvement is clear! Especially in the highlighting and shadow areas. And the limb anatomy.

Well yeah there is a lot more detail and shading in the recent pic to the older pic but then again the drawing looks improved cause the older drawing looks cute and cartoon like while the recent drawing looks more realistic. But like you said the coloring has improved and coloring is a very important part of the drawing lol.
