this is a copy of a picuture of St Matthew, I found in a colouring book I transfered it to canvas that was 16x20 and took a month of painting for 10 hours a day to finish. the colours are all hand mixed and the gold is caligraphy ink to give it a heavy look It was a gift for my best freind's wedding and went over quite well.Related content

Thank you, sadly I found out that my friend's wife won't allow him to hang it up it does have a place of honour in his garage next to his tools. So at least he got to keep it

I know but what can I say? She's got him by the.....well anyway she hates me since we've been together since elementary school. I just tell myself I am not going to get him in trouble at home over my vanity. THough if she was kidnapped by aliens I wouldn't cry.
