Just practicing for a much bigger piece involving these two and a few others. I really just wanted an excuse to draw Sunset Shimmer because she's so freaking pretty. I think she actually turned out better than Scribes.

Side note: I was Skyping with a friend while working on this and an amusing conversation transpired.

Her: "I like their colors together."
Me: "Me, too. Like fire and ice."
Her: "You know how that combination kills me in the best way. I'm already imagining their amazing fanchild."
Me: "No no no no. Just friends."
Her: "You're lucky I can't draw."

Three and a half hours later she texted me and said, "OMG! Their couple name. You know how there's nothing good combining Whooves and Derpy so they created Time Bubbles? Scribes and Sunset Shimmer suck when smooshed together too. So get this: Bedtime Stories YOU CAN'T NOT SHIP IT NOW! IT IS THE CUTEST NAME!"

So I laughed and admitted it was a cute name. I still don't ship it but apparently the Bedtime Stories ship only needs one person to be both captain and crew.
