Very cool building... at first I thought it was under construction, but now I see it's a flat glass face with balconies and vertical rails to describe a spherical section. Good angle on it, too!

It sits right next to Shakespeare's Globe Theatre on the river Thames.

It looks like you have used some sort of fish-eye lens, but obviously not.
Where abouts is this in London? I can't recall ever seeing it.
