But in all fairness I don't think referring to yourself as an animal automatically makes you a furry.
You get called a furry a lot of steam for having an animal based name.

Just re-read what I said about automatically being a furry or what ever.
Just wanted to rephrase that part.

What I meant was something along the lines of a guy who thinks dragons are cool so he might want one as his steam or facebook profile picture. That doesn't make him a furry.

But referring to themself as an animal would make someone out to be an otherkin or someone like that.
