this is a lil different then what I do, I don't tend to go pure BLUEΒ on the color wheel. kinda a rule I gave to my self but for this one and the next pic coming up is me working with the extreme colors.

I think the rule you follow is really helpful in understanding color usage, but I personally enjoy higher saturated colors more. You're really good at making them look pretty!
Well... you're good at making pretty much everything look pretty, but that's besides the point.
I'd really love to see you use colors like this more regularly. Maybe not all the time, but perhaps give it some consideration? Just a suggestion.
