Mana Tatsumiya, the gunslinger of 3-A from Negima, faces off against the canine shamus, Sam. In this standoff, Mana wields a pistol (didn't understand gun types back then) and Sam has that unrealistically large revolver...Mana is from Ken Akamatsu's "Negima".
