lol thats okay. Spose Ill just explain how I think about it, and fair enough with you comment too its a good point especially when the robot is the main focus, so why wouldnt I ask about that? but thats because thats the last thing you would think to ask about, wich isnt a bad thing, we just think differently 
With the human to robot suit, it looks freakin sweet, theres no denying, but Im 'assuming' its because this artist is an amazing painter (digital). I dont know how he paint it I can only assume though typical painting processes, however I feel as if the picture wouldnt look nearly as epic without the ambiance of rain present. The rain on the other hand looks so realistic with the different stroked angles and contrast it baffles me what technique he would use to achieve that when I have studied other examples of 'how to's' that dont come close to this sort of quality. I really like how this artist paints rain.
In summary, I would have no clue how to do the rain, whilst have at least a little idea on how to do the robot suit (even if I cant paint it 
So dont get me wrong, I love the picture and his skill of using ref images to create these amazing scenes is bloody talented. Im just an artist often draw to finer details of a picture.
